Pale straw yellow in colour. Cool fermented using wild indigenous yeast, this wine is neither fined nor filtered enabling the new minimal approach to exhibit our Chardonnay fruit. Aromas and flavours of honeydew melon, white peach and nectarine resonate on the palate. Fermentation and aging in French oak adds a smoked bacon fat component to this funky Chardonnay.
Match with veal saltimbocca, yabby or turkey breast. This white table wine will improve over a short to medium term in a cool cellar. Serve lightly chilled
