2015 Macedon Sparkling Blanc de Noir


The Blanc de Noir is made using the Méthode Traditionnelle remaining on lees for a minimum of twelve months.

Pale straw in colour with a hint of strawberry in its bouquet. Fresh and delicious, this wine has flavours of green apple and lemon sorbet with a taut mineral core and cleansing acidity.

Sealed in the modern way with a crown seal.
